Well, his top movement speed was said to be well in excess of 100 miles an hour, and his powerset is basically 3x Captain America.

Blade wins.

Strength is about even at Triathalon is listed as a 1 tonner and his speed is 90mph. But Blade has been able to keep up with Spitfire in speed. Blade's skill edge and healing will get him the win.
