Batman, Deathstroke, and Midnighter vs Captain America, Taskmaster, and Deadpool
Both teams are walking down opposite ends of a semi-darkened alley late at night. They all have their standard gear and they bump into one another unexpectedly.
PIS and CIS are off and both sides are bloodlusted.
