But keep in mind, all of the high-end feats the Worlogog has to it's credit (ie. creating a universe and everyone/thing in it from scratch, freezing a universal big bang forever in time, etc.) were achieved when it was incomplete.

I'd give it to the 'gog unless "full power" galactus includes the UN.
In that case, it basically comes down to who shoots first.
