In Zero Hour, Parallax drained a lot of energy leftover from the Crisis.
Parallax cut the Time Trapper in half.
SBP took out the AM+ a Guardian+a daxamite amped by the Ion entity which theoretically=Parallax.

1) Both the Parallax and Ion entities are scaled-down retcons. They dont compare to ZH Parallax and Classic Ion.

2) Sodam is inexperienced with the Ion entity. He doesn't have many feats.

3) He was beaten by Superman Prime using lead.
