That would only compound the problem. Besides, Lucifer from X-Men is just an alien and he doesn't really have any powers (well, he does but nothing that would make him any match for Shazam).
Satan appeared in Ghost Rider, but this Satan is known in Canon to actually be Mephisto in a different form.
There is a Satan that is Son of Satan's father, who is also an Ex-god named Marduk.
However, SoS and Ghost Rider have appeared in crossovers with only one Satan, and it's very unclear which of the two it's supposed to be.
There's also "Satannish", who is sometimes written as SoS's father (what happened to Marduk)?
Ghost Rider's Satan is sometimes Lucifer (what happened to Mephisto)?
There's also another demon called Marduk and it's not really clear if that's the same one who is "Satan" in SoS stories (huh?)
Basically, it's very difficult to tell in any given story where "Satan" appears, which character is actually being depicted.
