True, but Will's MM aren't designed to be world conquerors or anything like that. Plus the MM are a tad more impressive than Ultron. AI Souls and whatnot.

Hank is smart, no doubt, BTW, I'm not saying Will is the winner, just stating what he does.

Originally, Will wanted to convert his friends personalities into metal bodies. They really weren't designed to be super heroes until later. Thus the invention of the responsometers.

He's constantly battled TO Morrow, who's a bad ass genius in the leagues of Luthor, maybe even better. Inventor of Tomorrow Woman and Red Tornado, plus some Pre-crisish feats under his belt.
