Hercules (Marvel) vs Powergirl
They go all out (and no, they don't sleep together)
Outcome?

Sure they do. Like Herc's gonna ask her permission. And I say he wins.

Herc always asks permission, he just gets it a lot of the time. Just ask Northstar.

Power Girl's self-respect.

Yeah... gotta go with PoweGirl on this one; she's as physically powerful as WW (and more resiliant), superspeed coupled with flight, and has plenty of accessory powers (HV, Breath, etc) that she won't be afraid to use if the going gets tough. Herc'll put up a good fight though...
*****
... but he *WILL* wind up in bed with her -- totally. And she *will* (much to her surprise) love it...
... until he expects her to make breakfast in the morning, and she promptly kicks his ass again... out of her new apartment...

Mm, when Herc doesn't stick his foot in his mouth, he can be a pretty good date.
---
Fight-wise, her best tactic would be to stay at range, maybe mixed in with some high-speed charges.

How would Herc beat Power Girl exactly? Even in h/h he wouldn't win because his one real advantage (skill) isn't all that big considering Wonder Woman actually considers PG a skilled fighter as shown by their scrap.

Just because she's commonly portrayed alongside She-Hulk in fanart (along with Wonder Woman) doesn't mean she's her character equivalent. Power Girl is a lot less promiscuous than Jenn.
