Well, Saturnians are weaker than Martians and still vulnerable to fire, so Kl'rt stomps physically, but at the same time Jemm's an unusually strong telepath for a Saturnian thanks to his gem and is near J'onn's level in that I think so he can win mentally.

From my understanding, Saturnians are supposed to be like 1/10th as strong as full Martians.
