None of the crap he pulled against the Silver Surfer and crew would work against the Lanterns. The energy in their rings isn't part of the electromagnetic spectrum or the Power Cosmic. It's almost magical/psionic in nature. So he won't be draining anything from them.
They can fly, create energy constructs, blast, etc... He puts up a good fight for a few panels, then gets overwhelmed.

And if PIS and CIS are off, he's NEVER EVER laying a hand on them. He can't fly. They can just take the fight to space and then he's really fugged.
I know RULK can absorb the Power Cosmic, but what about energies that are NOT in the electromagnetic spectrum? Magic? Psionic? He's NEVER been shown doing anything like that and its not even hinted that he can. He wouldn't be absorbing jack except punishment from those rings.
Rulk doesn't need to use stupid trick like absorbing power to win..all he need is his fist and face..tank opponent blast with his face and then proceed to punch his opponent head off..
Rulk summon his full strength + Loeb Force and use a thunder clap that unleash a shock wave so powerful it destroy anything in its path to subatomic level..plz stop doubting Classic Rulk awesomeness
