Hm, HtH only get rid of the threat of the Astro Force, but it also gets rid of all of B8's blasties and forcefields. Still, two on one, the pair probably wins a quite solid majority, B8 does have her giant arm and rapid self repair to stay in the game and help out.
With the astroforce, Orion does have the chance to take one of them out more rapidly and then win against the other, but forcefields and blasties are back in. Closer, I'd say small majority to the Brainiacs, but less decisive.
