Creels powers work on a whole different level than the Parasites, and as such the Parasite would win most is my guess. Creel mirrors properties, and in many cases powers, while the Parasite leeches the very energy out of his prey.

If Creel comes into contact with him it should nearly always be lights out for Creel, and his only method of a winning scenario would be to take him out at a distance before he zaps him, and all of his strength.
