According to FC every appearance of DS in the DCU prior to FC was an avatar of some sort.
So unless we're using FC DS Darkseid goes down easily to the Spectre.
He can't perma kill DS according to that very same comic due to DS's cosmic relevance, but he can kill him long enough to constitute a forum win.

I've seen this reference before but what book was this? And also can you provide the scans of him Darkseid reforming?
But yeah, Spectre should crush Darkseid in a fight.
