Hm... I'd go with Fire & Ice, due to being more used to working together. IMO Fire's a bit stronger than Pyro, Blizzard a bit more so than Ice. Fire also benefits from being the only flier.

Ice is probably more powerful than Fire now. She took down one of Ivo's new Metal Men machines.

Oh, if this is including her latest upgrade in Generation Lost, then yea, her team definitely wins.
