Cage has flesh. It's super-tough but that's never stopped her before, even with people tougher than Cage.

with powers she is a 50 tonner she did repeated reps weight lifting with 47.5 tons iirc..

no powers she is olympic of a person in her weight class.

i'm not sure how to place rogue's strength it varies too much from her on panel and bio showing 50 tons being her strength class and other times where she seen being far above it.

at times i just put in the disbelief side of things or her strength being amp'ed by another's life force

so he claimed, he learned some ninja Sh$# from Ironfist.


Rogue however has bn trained by the X-men specifically focused on improving her fighting via the danger room and personal instruction from ppl like Wolverine, Gambit Psylocke and that is ignoring her Innate experience gained from her power due to siphoning memories.
