energy weapons, adaptive fighting computer program, Wolverine's fighting skills from weapon x-early X-men downloaded, psy-triggers, adamantium resistant metal, super strength, not sure if he could cut Luke or not but I don't think Super strength and street fighting skills are enough to take the win here.
