Since their universe is now exclusive to comics, I think they should be allowed here without the hassle.

Illyria in its true form in hell was supposed to be an Elder God.

In the Buffy universe

I don't recall her having any feats that would even qualify her for herald level.

Which is how hard in the Buffyverse?

I mean Willow was going to destroy the world by pumping energy into a temple, energy that Xander managed to block with his human body.

Actually, he persuade her to stop it and it shows how powerfull she is.

Illyria at its strongest in Angel After the Fall could wipe out realities. It doesnt matter how you try to spin it, it's Elder God at least

Actually, he stepped in front of the energy at least once.

What realities did it destroy?

But that's not how he stopped her from doing it. It's irreleavnt that he could survive the energy, it wasnt her raw power output that would destroy the world anyway. it would just awaken a dorment spell and trigger a chain reaction or something.

It started eating through the hell dimension wolfram and hart dumped them in and others, it was made clear that it would erase everything. They prevent it, of course, and the timeline is reset to before it all happened.

Before it regained its true form, its mere presence was deforming spacetime, sliding characters and places through the timeline, including alternate ones.

How big were these hell dimensions, how long would it have taken to earse everything and if it was so powerful, how exactly did they stop it?

Through a plot device. IIRC, fred's memories interfere with its will to do it, there is a sappy scene of some kind about it and the seniors partners at W&H use what's left of their resources to pull an alternate timeline over their one so that angel and his crowd never get sent to hell in the first place.

Story makes it sound like it was going to come down pretty quickly.

So, you don't know how big the hell dimensions were, how long it would have taken or how exactly it was destroying them, right?

Everything indicates they were infinite. It would happen in a matter of minutes and the story indicates all their timelines would be extinguished. Of course, even if took a month, that would still be above Thor's power level.

IOW, you can't prove how big the hell dimensions were, how long it would take or how exactly the timelines were being destroyed.

It would certainly be in a matter of minutes. They are supposed to be countless, but knowing that it would be more than one, including their earth, which is in an infinite universe is enough to put Ilyria above the marvel team.

Ok, I skipped over the part about a matter of minutes for some reason,

How exactly was Illyria destroying them, IE physically or causing a chain reaction etc?

From the summaries I was able to find, it seems she was trying to “unmake everything” by using her time-powers, that seems more along the lines of destroying things by way of creating a chain-reaction rather than pure power.

What are her direct damage feats, plus what is her durability like?
