and yet dick still takes orders from bruce who doesnt even run gotham. dc will never let that happen. bruce will always be #1.

when was the last time he took orders from Batman they are few and far between..
Batman on panel recognizes dick being his own man since donning the nightwing personal and considers him his equal..
as shown in nightwings own series in bludhaven when bats came to visit him and told him they were equals...
