Classic Strange spanks just about anyone. The one ability that he used on Shuma for power drain and use against technically allows him to toe-to-toe anyone he just has to worry about corrupting factors and HE is nowhere near enough to be a corrupting factor on Classic Strange. Also raw power wise Strange is a universal threat with the regularity that he used to channel high end beings like the Vishanti. No way is High Evolutionary taking Strange in a straight up fight regardless of the prep he takes
