Achilles powerset is different than Diana's, and might aid him a touch better against Barbara; however, it really boils down (as is often the case) to how serious Cheetah is at the get-go: if she plays, he's likely to kill her, while if she's out to kill, she at least breaks with a split against him.
His Divine Grace helps a bit against her superior speed, and they are at least in the same general pallpark, strength-wise (or he edges, if he's not "conflicted" at the time, a la' Gladiator), and likely have comparable durability (though he has a degree of "can't be killed"-power she doesn't). Her claws/fangs/tail allow for a greater number of simultaneous attacks, especially coupled with her speed, and being a semi-divine being, her claws can wound even gods...
In general, I'd say a split, with mitigating factors/setting playing to each strengths depending on exact circumstances...
