1: A tough call... I *want* to say Dinah has the edge, because while Psylocke is certainly skilled, her best finesse is with her powers in tandem with her martial skills. Definitely close though -- could go either way.

2: Again, tricky, given the nature of their powersets: If Canary can get a solid scream (not partially evaded/obstructed), then Psy is going down. If Psy can finesse a TP/TK effect in time, she can take a majority.
Circumstantially, that equates to another averaged split.

3: ...

(I'd like to see *them* as current lovers... Winner: KMC 10/10)

love your assessment< i see them being nearly equals up until the third round, where either angel or GA can have a kill shot
