He then sends this as fast as it possibly can against the ff. targets below and aims it directly at their throats with the sole intention of decapitating them. Which of the ff can resist the blade, w/c of the ff gets decapitated?

By the stips of the gauntlet. It's going at the FASTEST it has prolly gone. IIRC, many trillion times light speed (if you go by his "galaxies zooming by" feat) or at the very lest millions of times light speed (via his light year per second feat).

2) Hulk (current) - regenerates (doesn't matter the speed/force, it's still decapitation at the end of the day)

5) King Thor - heavy damage I expect

8) Current Thanos - dies and returns
9) Odin - some lasting damage
