Only ones who stand a chance are those unaffected by reality and other reality warpers. However no mortal or god reality warpers currently exist that could challenge Jim in a straight warping fight. Give Franklin and his sister 10-20 years and we'll see

No he can't and a confirmed weaker version of Jim did warp a universe so badly the LT destroyed it to stop it from spilling over into other universes.

James Braddock, Jr. is as good a reality warper as he is.

HoM was a one time plot device. James' dependence on quantum strings is a problem. Also I thought he James had an issue with manipulating phased beings which with Jim's powerset he could immunize himself entirely from Braddock. Jim just thinks it and it happens. Braddock has to manipulate the universe through strings as far as I'm aware which is slower than the speed Mad Jim thinks at.
