Kory should be able to take either one, singularly (though not without a fight, as Jen is very resistant to heat/flame, so the Starbolts won't be as readily effective as they might against many other opponents), as she is very strong now (though likely not as strong as Jen), a very skilled fighter (as she always has been), and has greater maneuverability.
With 2on1, however, it only takes one of them getting a good grip on her to make for the double-man take-down, assuming Kory can't get them both into space...
