You sure? Because I could have sworn Thor did indeed kill it, but later died himself because of the Serpent's venom. The only thing that saved Thor was Hela's curse that kept him alive but his body was like jello or something.

Supes is way faster than Thor and could pepper the MS with multiple "moon crushing" blows. I guess if the Serpent's venom landed it would be game over for Supes, but I don't think the Serpent can lay a hand on him.
