I don't know. If his increase in stats make him resistant to the claws, then I think he would.

because the hulk is a gamma amped baseline human. Assuming the super-hulks received a similar amp to their base stats, spider-man would be stronger at baseline. Of course, I didn't read that retarded story arc, so what do I know?

Yes, I get that part, but Green Scar is vastly more powerful than the "Hulk Smash!" incarnation. He got more durable, too. Therefore I'm pretty sure Pete was his inferior.
