Same rules. Both can use their powers, HOWEVER, Orion can't use the Astro Force or Mother Box. Just like Simonson's fight with Darkseid. Orion knows of their abilties and all have trained for the battle. Who wins?

Since apparently the difference between Thor, Orion and Superman isn't apparent, Superman and Orion have legitimate FTL combat speed, where as Thor can only fly at FT.

As does Thor. Per Thor's, y'know, feats. Go read some Journey into Mystery or Mighty Thor or Avengers or something. Probably won't have a lot of Wolvie cameos, but it's still good stuff.
Orion, Thor, or Superman would clap and KO them all. Or Cave all of their heads in in seconds. A massive AOE attack like throwing the ground at them would do it. A ground punch would also take them all out. None of these guys would make a dent in any of the three's armor.
