Cat in the Hat wins. Comic characters can't beat 4th wall busting cartoons for the majority in most cases... at least IMO

i can prove that cat in the hat has super speed. between the time the kids notice their mom walking up the drive to when she comes in the cat leaves, grabs some huge contraption, cleans up the ENTIRE house, then leaves again before their mom shows up or even sees the cat
