Thanos is a walking prep machine, plus one of the most powerful Eternals period. Without tech Thanos is by far superior to Despero and Majestic. Thanos also has the power of cosmic besides his other abilities matter manipulation, amping, Psionic powers,lifeforce stealing, and great intelligence. Darkseid the same way regardless how he has been portrayed by Dc writers, Thanos and DS at there best will sh** stomp all over Team 1. The fight is over before it begins!
