Think it depends on how powerful it is. Blunt forced trauma on a powerful enough level can go metaphysical.

He can perceive time as quoted the past, present and future. No matter where hunter runs he will be found.

Zoom may slow time... Surfer peels it back along side reality itself. The difference in how they interact with time is very different. You may think surfer time travels... Oh no. Not time travelling he interacts with it. Here he pulls back the quantum layers to find different time displacements of himself

What would zoom do if his gravitation was negated? or Supes? That means no running. No movement. No time warping while moving. Keeping in mind surfer can perceive a persons ability the most logical thing to do would be to stop they're advance no?

Surfer has actually been able to use a combination of TP and Illusion-casting to actually fool Galactus. Surfer can easily do the same to Supes.:
