Conventional damaging type spells won't really cause much damage to Black Adam. By the same token, Black Adam's sheer physical prowess is really just an issue if Loki entertains such a fight; if Loki doesn't want to physically combat Adam, he doesn't have to.
Loki. Whether through power and versatility or just removing him from the battle field.
I want to see him engage a physical flying brick like Gladiator. Well not Gladiator as currently he has a weakness to magic. Every other physical foe he has engaged besides Thor like Bill, Masterson, Hulk, Balder etc. have been proven to be largely ineffective straight up.

Effectively meaning Loki dictates the pace of this fight.
See above.
Loki's typical blasts and stuff will likely be shrugged off by Adam, but eventually, Loki will wear him down, magical resistance or not. It will likely be a long and drawn out fight, but really, a flying brick with limited versatility as compared to Loki is fighting an uphill battle.
I'd bet on Adam in a slug fest against Loki but he rarely fights on those terms. If you're going to argue for a close combat fight, Adam better use his movement speed -which he doesn't do too often- if the trickster whips out a weapon like the firesword etc. or this will not go well for him.
Loki can turn from a minuscule insect to IIRC a flock of birds. Shape shifting if Loki wants to use it, can be very effective. Recently, he used it to go toe to toe with Thor in a slug fest.
Smart use of teleportation or phasing would be a very large advantage in a fight. Especially against a brick.

loki won't fight as you describe...ie blasting, then phasing and teleporting, and continuing till adam is sufficiently worn down. loki simply doesn't fight like that.
Yeah, he really does. Loki has fought Thor like that, making copies of himself, teleporting and phasing during the battle, casting a wide variety of spells, etc.
Read Avengers: The Origin to see an example of how Loki fights Thor.
