 Dr Who (Marvel 8162 version) with prep Vs. Galactus

What you say Dr. Who Marvel in 616, it cannot be..... Well True believer allow me to explain: Deaths head 1; who unquestionably resided within the Marvel Megaverse was assigned to kill the Doctor, The Tardis drops DH's atop the Baxter building. Reed also receives a parcel from a gentleman from Gallifrey with a weapon for disposing of Galactus. Reed finds it doesn't work.. Due to Galactus being beyond the Universes time.

So the Dr. with the Tardis faces Galactus, can he win.. Is Timelord Science enough?

Dr. Who's weapon is a veritable PIS cannon. Also he could just reverse the neutrino polarity of galactus feeding and actually weaken him.
