Superman Vs. Thanos

Superman in the Cosmic Armor with the miracle machine vs. Thanos wearing the IG w/ the HOTU.
Supes understands that if he loses, his universe is toast.
If Thanos wins, he gets Lady Death.
Fight takes place in Earth-Prime's universe-deep space, with IC Superboy-prime and Void-Sentry attacking both combatants equally. Neither (Sentry or Prime) can be destroyed.
Also, Thanos has no penis.
Fight!
