I'm inclined to go with Billy...

Sure, the Power Gem is an infinite well of power, and I've never seen a character with the gem get knocked out or beaten down. Thor certainly didn't seem to tire...

But, unless there's evidence that the gem also gives someone Juggernaut like durability, Cap should be capable of tearing Thor limb from limb, and just outright destroying his body..

You have to present evidence that someone can do this to someone even subconsciously wielding the power gem to make the claim.

What evidence is there to suggest the Power Gem makes a character immune to injury?

If Punisher had the gem, would you argue he can't be torn in half by Hulk?

Yes, I would argue that because it subconsciously amps you to be resistant towards physical injury/ko'd, etc. I mean champion blew up a planet and was unharmed.
