Shazam and Odin are at full power, Classiic versions of thor and loki.

In a neutral setting, Odin and his sons should take it. Shazam hasn't really displayed anything overtly impressive while he's outside of the RoE. Odin's team is also infinitely more versatile.

Depends actually for 3. IIRC the longer he's away the weaker he gets. I think Shazam in full seriousness could end this quickly if he goes for a single full charge shot of all his magic used on Odin.
