1. Hulk overloads him before Shaw can really do anything, especially current and more recent versions.
2. Ang Lee Hulk(2003) does the same and overloads him, and while Shaw's gonna get some hits in, Hulk can just power through it. Norton Hulk might just go down.
2003 Hulk took a tank and threw it miles away. He survived a fall of 90 000 feet from space to water, survived an atomic explosion, etc. He was a beast.
