1. Tough match. I have no idea how a fight between Uatu and odin will be.
2. In a prep fight I think Team 2. Uatu basically knows damn near anything and has his own i guess "watcher tech" also HE has a good history of making rediculous shit possible when he plans things. With both pooling their knowledge and skills together would be greater than Odin whipping out some crazy artifact me thinks.
