Impulse is a speedster, yes. Taps into the speed force, knows most of the tricks like speed stealing, vibrating through stuff, lending speed..
Secret is a "warder", basically a spirit that was killed by her brother in some satantic-ish ritual. She guides spirits to the afterlife, acting as a sentient gateway. She was able to transport her Young Justice teammates inside of the buffer dimension leading to the afterlife, which also acts as an effective battlefield removal option (Think Cloak, except instead of the Dark Dimension she sends them to hell..)
