Before he became "The Protector", he can set-up pocket battlefields to change a person senses (up=down, vice versa), mind control a person w/ his spit, his finger nails can explode. Also beats-up Hulk-out Super Soldiers.
Gauntlet (gun/blade): Sentry wife use it to burn off Sentry face.
Destroys a building, not sure if Gauntlet or not.

Without protector gear, he can take slight win 6/10, his speed is too quick for fatty.
