My opinion:
Monica trumps Superman in sheer speed. Even if Supes can match her raw speed, she's benefits from being composed of energy instead of matter, and doesn't need to accelerate or d-celerate, making her tons more maneuverable.
And her power set is perfect for messing with a character that runs on solar energy.

That's coming. I wanted to see how she does against classic Supes first.
Funny thing about energy Supes, is I believe unlike normal post crisis Supes, he actually has a solo moon moving feat. The writer wanted normal Supes to do it, or so the rumor goes, but for editorial mandate..

Monica.
Too fast and hits too hard in her Energy form.
Hasn't she made even Zeus flinch a little when hitting him?

She ALMOST made him flinch, but Thor said she hurt Zeus as no mortal ever has.
Plus she's intangible, moves at lightspeed instantly AND can turn into any energy type. She turns to red sun radiation then fries Clark.

That whole instance was a pretty low showing for Zeus though.
