Was it "Classic" Rulk, the one with the energy absorption powers and stuff?

Well Rulk never lost those powers Banner lied to him about that but he does not used them anymore for fear of continuous use leading to him being stuck in his Rulk form.

He was still using them around this time as for the Cosmic Robot I don't know what happened to him after this fight.

Aww damn, never mind then. Cosmic Hulk Robot ftw. Though I wonder what would happen if SS put a force field in it's head then expanded it. I mean it's not alive so SS wouldn't have to hold back.
