(Before I get started, there is indeed a Halo comicbook...so using Guilty Spark should be fair game shouldnt it?)
343 Guilty Spark believes the following individuals/teams have broken safety protocols and have obtained Flood specimens illegally from Halo...
As a result, Guilty Spark has resolved to reclaim the specimens and destroy those responsible. To this end, he has gathered every single sentinel upon Installation 04 to assist him in this goal (200,000 sentinels in total; 25,000 small space ship sized and 175,000 standard sized)...
After each victory, his sentinel count goes back up to 200,000 and any damaged sentinels are fully repaired; how far does 343 Guilty Spark and his armada get against the following?
1) The entire Street Leveler Tier...
2) The entire Low Meta Tier...
3) The entire Mid Meta Tier...
4) The entire High Meta Tier...
5) Apocalypse and Air Walker...
6) Wonder Woman and Loki...
7) Firelord and Maxima...
8) Thor and Hal Jordan...
9) Thanos...
Fight to the Death or KO...no BFR..no Prep for either side.

If the primary medium they're known for is outside of comics then they're not Comic Book characters.
IE: Buffy, Star Wars, Halo etc all have comics but that doesn't mean they're comic book properties.
As for the thread, Sentinels are fodder. Might stop at 2, definitely stops at 3. Master Chief, a single Low Meta was able to mow through dozens of them at a time without trouble.
