No prep. no bfr. they both have all their standard gear. slade has promethium body armor. osborn has adamantium body armor.

IDk how strong promethium armor is but a primary adamantium Armored suit lol. Unless DS has like gas bombs or high voltage weapon ... something he can take him out. But I do think DS is a better fighter with greater skill.
