Ultron vs. The Worthy

Ultron sees the Worthy wreaking havoc across Earth and decides it is time to put these upstarts in their place:

The Worthy: Juggernaut, Hulk, Thing, Absorbing Man, Titania, Grey Gargoyle, Attuma.

VS

1) Ultron Unlimited version, by himself
2) Ultron Unlimited version, with his army of Ultrons at hand
3) Phalanx Ultron
4) Future Ultron from the Avengers #6, the one who was standing there shrugging off a combined attack from Kang, Silver Surfer, Quasar, Dr. Doom, Monica Captain Marvel, Magneto, Protector, a couple of other Quasar types, Ms Marvel, and a bunch of others.

The fight takes place in an evacuated New York city.

Future Ultron murder kills everyone, and then stalemates Juggernaut -unless he has something that counters magic, but that's speculation.

Phalanx Ultron only wins if he can infect some of them -which he should-.

The UU version gets bfr before he can do much damage, but cannot actually stop Juggernaut. The army of Ultrons eventually fall against Juggs.
