Strange benefits the most from prep, and with no stips on prep, the default is none.
Not really knowing enough about GR, but assuming he's at best on level with one of the other team, and also assuming a reasonably non-crap Fate, this goes to team DC.

blaze at his best was an angel who along with his brother daniel ketch stopped zadkiel who conquered 'heaven'
marvel goofed though about zadkiel ending was silly
rarely read about dr. fate...can't make a call on him

Dr. Fate and Strange are relatively even though I'd have to ask which Fate you're talking about Hall, Kent, the Strauss', Nelson or Nabu himself. Strange w/ prep gets an outright advantage over most of them.
