Surfer could still prob beat him, the guy can track particles across the galaxy, ant size isn't hard for him to hit, the rest have a lot more trouble than normal.

Surfer and Thanos have cosmic awareness, and it's doubtful Superman could even hurt them, Darkseids Omega Effect can track people through time and space, plus he's telepathic and would probably be aware of any sneak attacks, and Odin is Odin.
