 Iron-Man Captain America Thor vs Lex Luthor Deathstroke Black Adam

Lex Luthor (w/ warsuit), Deathstroke (Slade Wilson), and Black Adam (Teth) vs Iron-man (Tony Stark), Captain America (Steve Rogers), and Thor

Location: Abandoned city unfamiliar to both teams

Rules: 2 days prep for both teams. No Ring Outs/BFRs. They fight in character. The fight starts with Lex Luthor 20 ft from Iron-Man, Deathstroke 20 ft from Captain America, and Black Adam 20 ft away from Thor at different locations in the city.

Black Adam and Thor are the only ones that really matter here, and I'd give the slight edge to Thor in that fight.

Slade and Steve are literally useless here, tactical geniuses though they may be.

In a prep battle, I think Lex has the edge over Tony. While both help their team, I don't know that either comes up with anything that'd tip the scales towards either side.
