How many Guardians are there? Because there's an entire planet full of Watchers and each Watcher is above high herald level (at a minimum). The Guardians get wrecked.

According to this scan, Uatu could have stopped/delayed/messed with the Magus' plan to merge his counterfeit universe with the real one if he wanted to :
