Hush vs. Punisher

Castle comes to Gotham to kill Hush. He has a full week's worth of intel and preparation time. Hush knows someone is out to kill him, but isn't sure of who yet.

Does Castle get his kill? Or does Elliot manage to survive, or even manage to kill Castle?

Castle doesn't have to worry about interference from Batman and his allies while hunting down Elliot.
