Full power Ion entity should be on par with parallax. Ion Kyle. Also Ion power is more intuitive Starheart might... and it's a big might have more raw power than Ion for a direct blast but it makes Alan go a little cookoo so it's versatility suffers due to the wielder being handicapped in his mental facilities. Also it's a poor fight because how exactly are we to define the "full" power of the starheart. It's never been seen to my knowledge or at least in anything that would resemble anything that would be comparable to Ion at full power unlike a full power Ion being in theory as strong if not >>> Parallax.
