Stranger and Uatu do nothing to help Thanos. So it's basically Thanos vs 2 Cube Beings, 1 Half Cube Being, and 1 person with the sliver of the power of half a Cube Being inside the Destroyer. They WILL KO him but not kill him and since that counts as a win, they win.
